July 15, 2007: It was once an idea...

In university, I took a course called the HCI - Human Computer Interactions.  In this course, we focused on the discipline concerned with the design, evaluation and implementation of interactive computing systems for human use and with the study of major phenomena surrounding them.  Essentially, we looked at prototypes of electronic perhipherals and other computer gadgets that enrich our day-day lives.  One of the ideas we discussed were gaming tables and electronic boards for classrooms. I was surfing the internet when I came across one of the tables created by Microsoft.  The idea started in 2003 and now, it looks amazing.  I'm not sure how compatible the table is to legacy gadgets, but it definitely something that will define a new era of social gatherings.  Click on this link to see the new Microsoft Surface >>
